New to Montessori? We Welcome Exceptional Educators.

MSOW has a strong track record of helping talented, student-centered educators successfully transition into Montessori teaching. Many teachers find Montessori education aligns naturally with learner-driven, inquiry-based, and project-based approaches. Educators who demonstrate a strong fit for our philosophy may receive support from an experienced in-house instructional coach while completing Montessori credentialing.
